And - at this value - this grille will have to be primes! After one year it shows indicators of rust - and that is earlier than it used to be even used. I labored hard with my steel polish and grew to become it back to new (well nearly). Then, behold, rust once more - nearly in all locations. It did not rust beneath the Electri Chef different duvet, but that simply does not quilt the rest but the prime of the grille. I used to ben't concerned - it came with a lifetime guarantee. At least that was what I thought and what the guarantee said - LIFETIME. I took pictures, sent them to the company - and received a very simple and dismissive NO! No coverage, no alternative, only a NO! I can't even keep in mind that a "We are so sorry". Would I ever go for "the best" - NO WAY! Save your cash, purchase one thing else - and inform Electri Chef NO.
