This have to be a standard downside for Brinkman...as they've in daring lettering, "for lacking sections, call customer support at 1-800-xxx-xxxx). I've known as the number several occasions. They must name it "customer dis-service", because you don't speak to someone, you hear to some recordings, punch in your telephone number, and they're going to call you back when they get around to it. It's been over a day and I've now not heard anything else. I hope that when/if they do call, I'm not within the shower or in any other case occupied.
If/when I get the decision, I'll edit my evaluation. I hope i get these phases earlier than Thanksgiving...i was planning on smoking a turkey.

UPDATE: I at last acquired a name...but of course I used to be within the shower and couldn't take it. They left a voicemail suggesting I seek recommendation from their web site which I had already accomplished and found no lend a hand. I seemed up their company number on the 'net. The receptionist put me thru to customer support...supposedly on hang with a reside individual. As I was once waiting, I obtained an electronic mail pointing out the missing parts could be mailed the next day. No "I'm sorry for your inconvienence" or the rest.
I wonder if Brinkmann's CEO ever reads these? or their shareholders? I imagine I'd wish to be aware of if my customer service workforce was failing.
