I obtained my grill as a present with out a receipt or directions on asssembly. I went to the Dimplex site and the instructions there have been flawed. Regardless, I ended up getting it installed alone (which used to be not easy or self-explanatory). I used the grill as soon as then it stopped working altogether.
So I called Dimplex. After 40 minutes on the phone I was informed that I had a inaccurate temperature keep watch over and that I must name Amazon for them to request a new keep a watch on be despatched to me. However, restore is no longer coated by means of guarantee so I must work with a Dimplex engineer on the phone to put in it myself. UNACCEPTABLE #1!
